Ingredients:

6 cups of clean water
3, 32 oz organic chicken broth
1 1/2 cup diced red onion
4 diced organic tomatoes
6 cups cooked black beans
1/2 cup of diced tomatoes, onions, and green peppers
1/4 cup pico de gallo
5 cups cooked quinoa
1 1/2 cups grassfed shredded cheese (preferably monterey jack, cheddar, or sharp cheddar)
5 carrots
1 cup chopped collard greens
2 cups cooked ground beef
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp pink salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp celery salt

(optional ingredients)

3 drops lime essential oil
2 drops cilantro essential oil
2 drops pepper essential oil

(optional toppings)

organic sour cream
shredded grassfed cheese
pico de gallo
sliced atacados
paleo chips

Directions:

This recipe is very simple to make! Here are the basic steps:

*In a huge pot, combine the clean water and organic chicken broth.

*Add carrots, diced red onions, collard greens, and medley of diced tomatoes, onions, and green peppers. Cover and bring to boil.

*Once these raw vegetables have begun to soften, add in the following ingredients: all of the seasonings, diced tomatoes, black beans, pico de gallo, quinoa, grassfed cheese, ground beef, fresh cilantro, and (optional) essential oils.

*Cover with lid and reduce heat so that it’s not boiling. Let soup simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring and checking on it occasionally to be sure the flavor is to your liking. Add more seasonings as desired.

*After the ingredients have all simmered together on the stove top, your flavorful soup is ready to eat and enjoy!

*If desired, add optional toppings.
