2.5 cups purified water
2 scoops Brain Calm Magnesium
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
2 squirts liquid stevia
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
dash pink salt


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until it is completely blended. (I love to use our Ninja for this!)
  2. Pour the mixture evenly into the molds for the popsicles. (Check out these stainless steel ones I found on amazon!)
  3. Freeze for several hours.
  4. After popsicles are frozen, let them sit out around 5 minutes. Then run hot water over the mold to easily remove it from its mold. It should slide right off!
