My boys tried spaghetti their first time last night! They loved it! I made a quick and easy version of a grain-free and healthy spaghetti I’d love to share with you!

Ingredients:

1 pound of grass-fed ground beef

1 tablespoon of coconut oil

pinch of pink salt and Italian seasoning for taste (Feel free to be creative with your herbs and seasonings!)

1 jar of organic spaghetti sauce (Look for one with clean ingredients. One specific thing to look out for is which type of oil is being used. Try to find one made with olive oil and that’s in a BPA free container.)

3 packages of Miracle Noodles (My favorites are the ones made with spinach, so I am getting the nutritional value added in without actually eating the spinach leaves.)

Directions:

  1. Heat up spaghetti sauce. (Add in other sautéed vegetables if desired.)
  2. Cook the ground beef in the coconut oil. Add in salt and seasonings.
  3. Add the ground beef to the sauce. Cover, stirring occasionally.
  4. Prepare the Miracle Noodles by following the instructions on the package.
  5. Voila! Prepare your plate with noodles and sauce! It’s really that easy!

Miracle Noodles are an amazing alternative to traditional spaghetti noodles! They are soy free, gluten free, cholesterol free, GMO free, vegan, and keto-friendly noodles! They are made out of Shirataki noodles, which are traditional Japanese noodles, made out of the konjac plant. When covered in a sauce or pesto, there is little difference in the taste and texture from that of traditional spaghetti noodles. Please note, though, that they will smell odd when you first open the pouch they are contained in. When you follow the cooking instructions properly however, the smell will dissipate.
