Ingredients:

1 scoop Apple Cinnamon Bone Broth Protein
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 cup paleo flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon pink salt
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon purified water
2 tablespoons granulated monk fruit
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg
2 squirts liquid stevia
2 squirts cinnamon liquid stevia

Instructions:

  1. Preheat skillet to medium heat.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Blend ingredients together well. (I prefer to use a hand-held electric mixer.)
  4. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the preheated skillet. Cook for 3.5 to 4 minutes on one side, then flip it over and continue to cook for another 3 minutes. Repeat this process until all the batter is used. This recipe makes about 6 5-inch pancakes.

**An optional idea is to replace the Apple Cinnamon Bone Broth Protein with Vanilla Bone Broth Protein. And replace the chopped pecans with fresh or frozen blueberries!
